The presentation view is used to visualize the applications and data for the user. The presentation is done with the help of a graphical user interface (GUI). From a purely technical point of view, each generated authorization role contains a profile from which a user receives the actual authorization objects and authorization characteristics. Some missing SAP basic functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".
The use of the file is controlled by the gw/acl_file parameter by simply setting it to the appropriate file name.
