To best adapt your SAP system to the internal and external requirements of your organization, further table-related customizing is required. Here, SAP offers the possibility of logging changes to critical tables through table logging.
The following figure shows the logging for the SAP standard group "SUPER". For this group, all activities are recorded in all clients.

You will see a list of uploaded support packages that are now known with all their attributes in the SAP system and can be handled in the right way by the SAP Patch Manager.
