We also support our customers in Application Lifecycle Management. The SAP Solution Manager is available for on-premise focused customers. For customers with a cloud orientation, we are creating an additional option with SAP Cloud ALM. With SAP Cloud ALM, SAP plans a cloud-based application lifecycle management offering that can help manage customers’ cloud solutions requirements.

If a failure occurs, we commit to fix it or find a temporary solution within a strict timeframe defined by the SLA. With critical functions of the system this can even be 4 hours!
SAP Essential Business Services
In regular audits, TÜV Rheinland checks compliance with the ISO conditions. In 1995, FIS was awarded its first ISO 9001 certification. The most recent audit was carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and FIS confirms the use of a modern management system in compliance with quality management standards.

Our schedule of expert services is still in the beginning. We expect customers to make greater use of this service. A special advantage for all our customers is that they do not incur additional costs for Next-Generation Support Services - they are automatically part of the support contract.

The "Shortcut for SAP Systems" tool is an excellent tool for handling many tasks in SAP Support more easily and quickly.
