SAP Enterprise Support continues to be the SAP-recommended support level for customers moving to SAP Cloud powered by SAP HANA, which guarantees SAP innovation and reliability in hybrid scenarios.
Some missing SAP support functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".
