MANAGED SERVICES
Monitoring 24/7
All backbone connections to SAP will be switched from January 1, 2020, as SAP has announced on its support page. Afterwards, communication between ABAP System and SAP will only take place via secure HTTPS connections, for which a dedicated user must also be requested in the Support Portal. In all ABAP systems, SAP hints can no longer be obtained via SNOTE via the old OSS RFC connection. The shipment of Early Watch Alerts to SAP is also affected by this change. Here the shipping route must also be changed to the new HTTPS standard. There is also a great need for action for all SAP customers without a current SAP Solution Manager. In the future, SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SPS08 (SPS07 only with additional information) will be required here. For all older releases, communication with SAP will also be impossible from January 2020. This primarily affects the data in the Maintenance Planner, which are then no longer synchronised. This then indirectly affects all future maintenance projects where the use of the Maintenance Planner is indispensable. Especially with regard to upcoming S/4 HANA migrations, this represents a risk to be avoided.
SAP Support supports all types of dependencies, whether on-premise, cloud or hybrid. The requirements of our customers are constantly changing - especially with regard to the end-to-end support experience. We recognised this early on and reinvented SAP Support. As already stated: With this "next-generation support" we are enabling our customers to gain greater access to our knowledge pool via self-services. Customers can ask their questions with us in real time, in direct interaction with our support experts. We also work to integrate support into our solutions. And to shorten the time from question to answer using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Keep systems at peak performance
Based on our Jira Service Desk ticketing system, we manage and monitor our customers' incidents and changerequests transparently and efficiently. At the same time, Jira allows you and your employees to access your tickets at any time and to find out about the current processing status. Jira supports our team to involve consultants and developers of our SAP AMS division in the solution process as quickly as possible. With this integrated and transparent process, we are the optimal partner to help you continuously optimise your processes and continuously improve your managed services KPIs!
SAP MaxAttention's services and support portfolio includes simple, cumulative levels of deployment that are individually tailored to your needs. This approach leads to predictable results - in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments - from innovation to operation.
"Shortcut for SAP Systems" makes many SAP support tasks much easier.
On the other hand, the IT support team itself often has many different tasks, mostly from very different areas.
In addition to handling faulty tickets and incidents and resolving incidents, we are also available to answer questions about the basic configuration during operation, monitoring and optimisation of your processes, and inserting system upgrades or patches.
